After her father’s funeral, Des and partner Theo discuss the process of dealing with his home and belongings. Theo presses her to open up but she coldly witholds. She travels to her father's home determined to ignore the weight of the situation. While packing, she is confronted with objects that remind her of who her father was and what their relationship was like. As she discovers more in the space, she slowly comes to acknowledge her emotions and open herself up to vulnerability. She packs up the rest of the house and eventually returns home to Theo, changed by her experience.
