The TorontoMet Film Fest is once again returning to showcase the work of 4th-year film studies students. Previously known as The Image Arts Film Festival (IMAFF), due shifting factors of the university we are elevating the festival to a new level that encourages filmmakers across the city to attend, standing strong as TorontoMet Film Fest.

Changing our festival’s name for the second time was a tough but necessary decision, and we can’t wait to move forward in soldifying our identity and reputation for the years to come.

We have changed the name to notably reflect the school and represent the city it’s situated in. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and positive space for filmmakers, film lovers, TMU Students, and Toronto’s youth to come together and celebrate the power of filmmaking.
